As Top Ladies, we are committed to TLOD's purpose, and the national theme of "Celebrating our Legacy: TLOD Transforming Lives, Making a Difference, One Teen, One Lady, and One Community at a Time" continues to be the main focus.  

The Oran-je Chapter strives for excellence while being even more dedicated to helping people. We place a strong emphasis on assisting women and young people to negotiate societal hurdles and find successful career paths.
